Oh look, it's my old haunt Passerby. Me and Meredith used to do a night there way back in the early '00s called Art-Fag Mondays. How many hours did I spend at that place? How many shitty electro jams did I DJ there? And how many substances went into my system? It's too much to even think about. I hadn't been back there for at least a year if not two. It was nice to go back and see some old familiar faces. (I went there for the White Columns opening afterparty. BTW, the White Columns show is pretty great. Especially Michele's video where she remade Valley Girl in its entirety. Go see it, it's awesome.)
Anyway, If you're ever curious to learn about the old Passerby glory days, I highly recommend the (unintentionally) hilarious book,
Cosmopolitan, that the co-manager Toby wrote. Skip the beginning parts about how he invented the Cosmopolitan (whatevs) and go right to the last chapters which are full of vitriolic insults towards everyone who ever set foot in Passerby, especially As Four. It's an amusingly hateful, bitter and gossipy read, especially the part about the new year's party we had there one year (especially if you were there, which chances are you were). There are like a bazillion copies at The Strand so go get one.
You can't really tell from the picture, but these strawberries were HUGE. They also had cheese with green stripes in it that tasted minty. Mmm, minty cheese.
The next night was Tim's birthday party. Tim is the newest addition to our blogger family, so let's give a warm welcome to TINYVICES.COM. It's off to a spectacular start. Check out the eyebrow thing. Totally genius!
Dr. Johnny going for a wicked seltzer buzz. Party on, wildman!

Okay, yeah, I'll admit I have been slacking off on my photo-blogging duties. There are bunches of things I neglected to take pictures of and I feel dumb about it. I have a good excuse for my lack of blogging enthusiam but it's boring and complainy so nevermind. But I promise to try and be a better blogger! There should be some good stuff happening later in the week so hold on, awesome dudes.
Song of the day:
"Here Comes The Sun" by The Peanuts Gang
This is from an album called "Snoopy's Beatles" and it's part of the "Classiks on Toys" series where they do instrumental versions of songs on toy instruments. Sweet!
It's allright.
