For thanksgiving I went upstate to my cousin's country house in Ellenville, NY for a very early thanksgiving "dinner" at like 3pm. I meant to take pictures but as soon as I get around my family I go into emergency survival mode, which is basically like sleepwalking, and under those conditions I could not operate any machinery. It was okay though. My cousin has a dog-walking business and her house doubles as a doggy-retreat where rich upper-eastsiders pay loads of dough to send their pets frolicing in the country for a weekend. It's really pretty out there and the dogs were cute.
When I got back to the city, I went to Hanna and Agathe's place where they were throwing a huge dinner party full of foreigners. Iceland, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, god knows where else... I swear, it was like an international summit in there or something. Agathe and her mom cooked tons of food and it was lovely.
Here are some nice foreigners that I like.
My old Passerby dj buddy Michal (pronounced "meow") (foreigner)
Pretty Thanksgiving decorations made by foreigners.
We got drunk and posed with a foreign person's As Four bag.
That's Meow and Shoplifter's awesome baby. I dunno how to spell baby's foreign name, but it sounds like Mauny.
Happy foreign thanksgiving!
