Soundtrack: "Minivan" by Jim, the king of this page
This is my old pal Jim. Jim is basically the greatest, funniest person that ever lived. He had an art
opening at Gavin Brown's and it was basically the greatest, funnest opening that ever happened.
Here is Jim sharing a brewski with his favorite lederhosen-clad fellas, Scott Baio and Willie Ames.
Here is Jesse giving birth to Gavin
Carol Channing at Altamont
Richard Simmons and a little friend
Abby with Jim's very educational audio-book guide to ghosts.
Here you can see the Rogina, a very feminine roach
killing device, in action.
And here you can see my very favorite painting in
action. It's kinda hard to see, but the bunny plays
guitar and sings a very creepy tune. The moving
eyeballs are the scariest part.
Jim is also in a bluegrass band and after the opening Jim and his buddies played us some tunes on
the roof while we stuffed our faces with delicious barbeque.
Old friends Bob, Steve, Jesse, me and Amy. We're all starring in
a new sitcom called
"Remember 1999?"
What a pleasant evening. Great art, great
people, great food and surprisingly low
social anxiety levels. I wish all art
openings were like this. Yay, Jim!
