So a bunch of us were cast in a music video for a band called The Thrills that this really cool lady named Diane was directing. This is the second music video I've been in in like a month! (Here's the other one.) They herded us onto the ferry to Governor's Island at 6:30-fuckin-AM and we were there for 14 hours, most of which was spent sitting around and waiting and waiting and waiting. At least they fed us well. Full buffet action.
Waiting and waiting and waiting some more...It was allright though, a lot of bonding went down. Sitting around on a deserted island with nothing to do really brings people together.  Although after I ran out of cigarettes I almost lost it. There are no convenience stores on Governor's Island. It's a ghost town.
I was in the scene where Dash busts out of rehab. I had to wear this psycho nightgown, chew my nails and look bored during a group therapy session. Afterwards was the big party scene that everyone was in where we were supposed to act rowdy while the band played. I watched some of it on the monitor and it looked pretty cool actually. I'm sorry I didn't take any pics of the actual shoot, I figured the video people wouldn't like that..
There were all these teenagers there since the video is supposed to be about trust-fund kids acting all bad and shit ("a la Larry Clark"). Lesley quickly went about befriending them all.
Lesley and more teens. The teens were pretty awesome.
For the party scene, a gorgeous girl named Promise gave 15-year-old Keir mad hickeys. It kinda looks like he got punched in the neck.
Hari and Oliver made out in the party scene. Hari plays a sex-addict lesbian in John Waters' new movie.
Agathe's fascinating shirt.
Lianne and Simon waiting. Simon's going back to jail soon for like 2 years.
KimAnn, Agathe, Raina and Jake (waiting, duh).
Finally we got the ferry home.
Home sweet home.
What an interesting experience.
